Training Requirements
GEM is firmly committed to the education and training of all employees. Independent consultants and GEM specialists are utilized for classroom and hands-on training. Each employee receives extensive on the job training by qualified supervisors prior to entering a new position. GEM engages in a continuous training and medical monitoring program consistent with 29 CFR 1910.120.
