Provided permitted mobile wastewater treatment services utilizing activated carbon adsorption to mitigate chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent concentrations of tetrachloroethylene, trichloroethane and toluene within groundwater sources. The contaminated groundwater from various site locations was treated to meet POTW discharge standards.
