Provided on-site tank degassing services to degas multiple 200-300 ft diameter external floating roof crude oil tanks using portable mobile vapor combustors (MVCU) to comply with TCEQ tank degassing standards. GEM MTS mobilized MVCU technology to the tank terminal site to control vapors from the source tanks in preparation for loading operations. The thermal capacity of the MVCUs was specifically chosen to meet the thermal capacity demand and the aggressive schedule caused by an unplanned upset event. The client received the added value of commencing tank refilling operations on an accelerated schedule.
