Project Description
Provided on-site wastewater treatment services as a substitute treatment operation while their existing system was removed, repaired and upgraded. GEM MTS mobilized a portable oil/water separator, air strippers, thermal oxidizer and a chemical injection system to treat a wide variety of incoming waste streams. Over one million gallons of landfill leachate, spent fire suppression water, cleaning wastewater, contaminated stormwater, runoff water and various sources of process water were treated to below a discharge standards. The treated water was discharged to the industrial sewer under authorization from the POTW.
