GEM Mobile Treatment Launches Customer Data Storage
GEM Mobile Treatment Services, Inc. (GEM MTS) has introduced a customer data storage feature to our website. The Online Report Retrieval System (ORRS), which is a secure environment for customers to archive emissions reduction reports, was developed in conjunction with GEM MTS IT support group Lapis Solutions.
“Customers have historically struggled with organizing and managing their data” commented Rodney Darland, GEM MTS National Sales Manager. “In this highly regulated environment, state agencies often require our customers to produce emissions reports at a moments notice. Now, GEM MTS customers can access their emissions monitoring data from our website via the internet, in real time, even during a regulatory audit if need be”.
To ease access to the emissions reduction data, GEM MTS customers can customize the organizational structure of their files in the system. Emissions reduction results can be filed by date, location, project name or number, or any other nomenclature chosen by the customers. “The file customization allows our clients to navigate through their data with ease, in an environment similar to what they're accustomed to” said Chris Longo, GEM MTS Air Compliance Specialist.
The ORRS complements GEM MTS' emissions management services which include vapor control using various carbon and scrubbing technologies, thermal combustion tank degassing, emissions monitoring and agency reporting support.
