GEM Receives Safety Award for Second Consecutive Year
GEM
Mobile Treatment Services, Inc. has again been recognized by BP US
Pipelines & Logistics (BP) as a recipient of BP's 2010 Contractor
Safety Award. The award, received at BP's West Coast Safety Conference,
recognizes contractors who perform over 5000 hours without a safety
incident. This is the second consecutive year GEM has received the
award.
"Receiving a safety award from such a valued customer
helps us confirm that our field personnel are following through with
the company’s priorities commented Rodney Darland, GEM West Coast
General Manager. Congratulations to Leo Ramirez and the Signal Hill
staff for exceeding the customer expectations while focusing on safety.”
BP is one of GEM’s most valued accounts and is serviced by Signal Hill, Benicia, and La Porte.
On
hand to accept the Safety Award were Leo Ramirez, Rodney Darland, &
Eric Foster. Representing BP were Erica Harding, District
Operations Manager & Dean Castillo, Land Terminal Manager.
